  In my experience with this credit union I have never been more proud with the feeling of pride and appreciation for the wonderful people that I have had the honor of meeting and dealing with since I first came to this establishment 10 years ago. They have the best intentions for helping you out with no matter what life throws at you and the willingness and perseverance to help you fight through and help you out with everything they can. Honestly all I have to say is that this is the best establishment I have ever had the honor in saying that they will work with you and for you no matter what the circumstance and are here specifically for you. Also in my opinion, they have the greatest team that will go the extra mile to help you out and get you through whatever hard time you are going through at that time. I would have to say it is the people that work here is what makes this establishment the best, if it wasn't for that they wouldn't have my deepest respect and appreciation.

  Maybe they're friendly at the front counter but that's because they apparently can barely handle the basics. My father set up all his accounts with them. Since he's died and we've tried to settle his estate it has been nothing but request after request of the same stuff. We had to get an attorney involved just to say why is this not happening when all the steps in the process have been handled appropriately by us and our family executor. I would not advise you to use them for anything that requires slightly sophisticated processes. They can't handle it. It's been complicated over and over and so frustrating. They'll probably make it harder now that I have done this but I thought people should know.

  My wife and I have been customers here for roughly 6 or 7 years, and in that time, have not been treated as kind as I have there. All of the employees make me feel like I’m not just a customer, but family. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I will continue to do my banking here.

  Security service is the bomb! These guys have the greatest customer service for sure. We’ve made friends with all of them on a first name basis. They’ve all taken such good care of us. Go here 🤩

  I have been a member of SSFCU for approximately 6 years. Whenever I have the opportunity to go into a branch, I often find myself going to Springville. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and above all, friendly. I have always been met with a smile and a greeting. I have multiple accounts that I have opened there. My children also have car loans with the credit union. I highly recommend going to this branch for all your banking needs.

  Lisa and Tracie helped me with my new credit card! It's not really taught what questions to ask, the details, what's a better option than the other or even the fact that there are so many different types of credit cards. Tracie helped with figuring out what my needs are and meeting me where I'm at and leading me to the best card for me. Lisa went into full detail of how everything works, gave me advice but left the ultimate decisions up to me. Got a follow up call from Lisa to make sure I was doing well and I trust that I can call anytime with any questions and she will be happy to help!
