  I want to thank you guys for helping me today. I was in a panic about my account being frozen for reason unbeknown to me. They got it figured out for me in 15 min, and took the initiative to look into the situation because it was an odd one. I went into this branch ready to switch banks, but they were able to keep me calm (lol) and put forth the effort, reminding me why I love to bank with MACU. Many times when things go wrong, we forget all the things that went right. I had one of those moments and I'm very grateful they were patient with me. Thank you. You guys are wonderful.

  Dealing with any type of financial situation is never a pleasant feeling. Yet this amazing staff at this credit union goes beyond expectations when it comes to taking the stress out of money. I would give all of the staff 10 stars if I could.

  I was so pleased with the help we got in changing our accounts over to Mountain America. They really put a lot of time in to helping me. The Customer Service was wonderful. I would recommend this Credit Union to everyone.

  Met with a mortgage officer at this branch and she was kind and polite in person. That's about the best we can say about our experience. We were never given any expectation of a time frame so after 2 weeks we tried to get a hold of someone. Called and emailed the agent for days and never heard a word back; we were asking a simple question that required a 1 sentence answer (which required no thought). When we FINALLY got a hold of the agent, she was very snappy and rude. I've also never been impressed with their tellers... I always have to stand around and wait while they finish up their personal conversations with one another. Always irritating, but this was the last straw. Having worked in customer service, looking back I'm disgusted with the service we've received. Keeping my business far from this place in the future! Save yourself a headache and do the same.

  You can tell the quality of a company when they are down to the minutes before closing and you have a special request through a drive up. No complaints, no frustrated voice, just kind respectful customer service. Great job!

  I LOVE this credit union. I have never had an issue with any sort of business I've had to do with them. The staff is always super friendly, their rates are competitive, and their online tools are simply best of breed.

  I have just recently joined the Mountain America Credit Union. I originally was led to check out their organization from a television commercial, but after meeting their personnel and reviewing their policies, I was impressed with both. The staff was cordial and knowledgable and professional in every respect. I'm glad to be aboard.

  Love the customer service at Mountain America on Union Park. They always treat me with kindness and not a little humor, much needed in these times. Very efficient as well.

  I opened my Mountain America Credit Union account whenever I lived in Sandy, Utah. I now currently reside in Lubbock Texas (past 6 years). There is no MACU bank branch here. But I would not change where I bank for anything! I've dealt with a lot of local banks, local credit unions, federal credit unions, national banks and global banks. But for some reason, Mountain America Credit Union is able to give me a level of service and options over the phone that 99% of banks cannot even give you face-to-face inside of a branch. This is why I choose to continue to bank with them all electronically and over the phone. If you're looking for a bank to call home, look no further, you have definitely found home!

  Diabetes & Endocrine Treatment Specialists LOVES MACU. They are our Credit Union for life! Their staff is always helpful. They have plenty of locations around the valley. They know how to treat people.
