  Last winter I got scammed and even though everything was paid in full your still punishing me for it. If something is over purchased it takes an act of God to fix it! Also I rely heavily on the funds transfer and you took it away.

  This bank is great with their rates and in person customer service, but if you need their ATM afterhours, good luck. 50% chance it'll be working. I've also had a card sucked into their ATM, and it wouldn't spit it back out.

  My Microsoft account had been compromised. I had $850 stolen from my account. I reported it to Mountain America on Sunday. We cancelled the card it had been stolen off of. The money was back in my account on Tuesday, I went in on my lunch break, they printed me a new card and I was on my way in 10 min. I love this bank!

  I had banked with MACU for awhile, and had done many loans with them. After my ex-husband and I separated last year, he was somehow able to take out a personal loan with them, using me as the primary borrower, even though I knew NOTHING about this, and certainly would not have agreed to it. They processed the loan and funded HIS bank account with thousands of dollars. When I found out about this, and pressed the issue with the bank, they helped me file a fraud claim. It took weeks for anyone to get back to me, and since working with them, they haven't really done anything to look into how this happened and they refused to remove the credit inquiry on my credit report. I've now gone to other routes of having this investigated, given their lack of cooperation.

  I love this branch! I live in Utah but visit my family in Meridian often and enjoy whenever I need to come to this branch while I’m here. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful here. Update 7/10/21: Even more impressed with this office after bringing my mom here for an auto loan. Love, love, love that they don’t treat people like they’re stupid if they have less than perfect credit. We worked with Emily and she was phenomenal!

  This credit union is Amazing!! Great service !! Fast service, and so willing to help 🤗 It’s almost like the Twilight Zone, they want to help you and give you money 💰 it’s almost scary..

  Terribly poor customer service. Bought a car from a person that had financed it thru MACU and was assured a title would be forthcoming as it was MACU's responsibility to follow thru on that. Was told it would arrive in 4 weeks (7-10 days is usual) and when it never showed up I was told they never did it. I had to explain to them that I needed a bill of sale and a copy of the lien release and one person acted inconvenienced and the other just made up answers to my questions instead of just finding out from her managers. And they don't answer their phones...Never again.

  Went in to set up a new business account and refinance an auto loan today. I could tell right away that I was going to be very well taken care of. Alan was great to work with and took care of everything I needed very quickly. Looking forward to using this branch for all my future needs.
