  Clairty has help guide me in making sound financial choices to help improve my credit score. The always make sure that when giving a loan that the payments are affordable and reasonable... Meagan b. At the meridian branch is second to none when it comes to financing and knowing exactly how to make things happen. She always goes above and beyond to get the things done in a timely manner. She is absolutely the best thanks a million.

  Oh my goodness. I don't know where to start with how smoothly this process went. They got me into one of my dream cars even with an existing loan at less than half the rate I had been offered through a First Time Buyer program with another institution. The facility itself is clean, inviting, and Meaghan and Rochelle are simply a charm to work with and I have no fear in recommending anyone who needs financing to Clarity. My application got started and finished within a couple hours, and the sit-down/signing process only took thirty minutes. I would also like to note that I was able to get a 1982 vehicle approved with no issues. Thank you guys so much! I can't believe how great everything turned out!

  The branch Manager Meghan was extremely friendly and was very helpful in getting me signed up for my savings and checking account. And then when I returned to get money out of my savings account a few weeks later she remembered my name and asked me about a promotion I received at work. Receiving this kind of attention not only makes me feel like a valued customer, it makes me want to refer all my friends and family to bank with Clarity. Thank you so much to all the employees at Clarity and for the hard work you put into your job. You make me feel like a valued customer.

  Meagan Bernhard and her staff were so amazing, and when I left there I cried because the experience was so wonderful. They were knowledgeable, accommodating and made me feel comfortable with my financial decisions. They are genuinely the best I'm ready to move all of my accounts to Clarity Credit Union!

  I question the integrity of the loan officer who helped me with an auto refinance application at the Meridian office. She did the application too fast, didn’t even ask for my paystubs, and then said your credit score isn’t good. Which is odd because two other businesses ran my credit and it was excellent. She also spent time bashing ICCU too, and that they were not a “real credit union.” I thought that was very non professional. I don’t trust my experience with the loan officer and how she pulled my credit score. Everything didn’t seem right to me. Too be honest I am glad nothing worked out here and I definitely won’t be coming back and I am glad I don’t bank here. I would go else where if you want to refinance auto loan.

  Been with them for years for banking. Just got my 2nd loan ever, 1st through them and have been working with Jason getting it done. Clearly explains everything, does a thorough job. Taking care of long standing debts and a big part of my financial future. Overall great experience! Highly recommend!

  The ATM doesn’t even have the ability to deposit cash. Every other ATM I’ve ever been to has that capability except for this one.

  This was one of the smoothest and simplest transactions I’ve done! Amanda was very knowledgeable, friendly, prompt to respond, and provided additional recommendations to help us save us even more money!!
