  My son and his wife ended up going with a different lender, after they couldn't get Audrey to return their calls for days at a time. I contacted her a few days ago and she said she'd call me back in 30 minutes. Still haven't heard from her. Like my son, I am going with a different lender. Different lender already has paperwork going. Not good service, from Audrey

  Debbie is amazing! She was the second lender I worked with for the purchase of my first home. Such a huge difference! She was very quick to respond to every concern I had. Her willingness to help made me feel comfortable as though she was a friend that I can always count on to answer my questions. I loved Debbie's professional and pleasant demeanor, she always made me feel assured that everything was going smoothly. I got a much lower rate for my loan and closing costs were lower than expected.. I'm so happy I had Debbie to help me make my first home purchase!

They will work tirelessly and make the entire home buying process almost too easy for you. My wife and I were moving from across the country with little experience in this process. They were so patient with us and answered all our questions while taking the reigns for us to ensure the entire process went as smooth as butter. They work quickly, take care of any details, and push out information as soon as they receive it. These are seriously the friendliest people you could possibly meet.   Debbie at Gold Financial Services was a pleasure to work with. She was always available to us to answer any questions we had and gave us great advice. We were able to get a better interest rate than we ever thought we would. She worked hard for us during the holiday season and was able to close on our new home almost a full week before our original closing date to get us into our new house before Christmas.
