  Visited this branch today. New girl couldn’t print me a new card so had to wait a little bit longer for someone that could print me a new card. The teller that did assist me was very kind, courteous and professional. She was very efficient also. Not a bad location if you have to walk in.

  Great for UDAAP violations. Really loved it when I came in to withdraw my money and they stole it. Record your calls/interactions if you're intending to do business with them.

  The staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm especially thankful for MACUs help any time my card has been stolen they fix it immediately!

  Your ATMs need to be fixed. I can go to any other branch and my car works just fine but no matter which one I use at your location I get the message "card can't be read" super annoying when it is the closest branch to my work.

  I never leave reviews but I felt I needed to do so, Mountain America has some of the most amazing customer service, I called them today about a check I had mobile deposited as I had never done this before so I could get an estimate on how long it would take to be deposited. Not only did customer service give me an estimation but they went extremely above and beyond and helped me set up a keyword so I no longer have to go through all the steps of verification if I need to call them again, and not only that but the check they said I should expect by midnight was released early! Truly some of the best customer service I have ever had

  Must say that crew there is good to tha members, some remember names. They make you smile. Good group of people behind that counter, must appreciate those in tha offices, assisting us get where we hoping to get. Thank u all at tha Redwood branch

  This is the worst branch of MACU. I have been very happy with this credit union; however, I have tried to use the ATM at least five times (random times of the day) where there wasn't any money. Then had to trek to the 8th South and State branch where they always have money. What gives?

  Because I usually have Grandchildren in tow, I most often use the drive up rather than walk in service. Every single teller I have encountered have been more than efficient & pleasant. Always quick to help me when I pull up to window, even when in line at window, they seem to service prior customers rapidly for I never experience long waits or holdups. I have referred many many friends & associates to bank with Mountain America, great loans service, competitive on rates & service provided. I have always had a positive & helpful outcome when ever dealing with any associates! I fully recommend people & businesses alike to give them a try....
