  I met Hailee from UFCU when she called my office re another matter for a mutual customer. I was looking to get a HELOC in place and was so impressed with her professionalism and positive attitude that I right then and there applied. A week later our HELOC was buttoned up! An excellent company and Hailee is awesome! She and they are highly recommended by me.

  The postal branch is awesome as well as ALL of their employees. Hailee is very easy to talk and easy to get along with. Wendy always finds a way to get things done for me. 1000% recommend!

  We've had an auto loan with UFCU for a while, but we recently did some reconfiguring of several loans with Utah First. I did my research, and they, by far, had the best products available. As far as I can tell, they were the first local credit union to offer 1.99% auto loans, which was leached by all the other ones and is now the defacto norm. For a HELOC, they have the lowest variable rates (0% margin!) and have the most flexibility in payoff terms than I could find at any other institution, big or small. We will come back to them again and again for whatever financing needs we have. And a big shout out to Hailee! She has been the single most helpful bank employee I have ever had the fortune of dealing with. She went out of her way to fix issues that others told me couldn't be done. Thank you so much!

  Utah First takes down America First! I used to bank exclusively with A1. But over time I found Utah First to beat A1 in rates and fees and service too, You feel like you are back in time with the local banker on your side. We just refinaced our home at 2.375 and grandson purchased a used car for a rate 2 points below A1. Branch manager Wendy Jensen and her associates are great in prompt professional service. She also got me pre-approved for a potential vehicle purchase in time for the weekend! Needless to say, I vote for Utah First!

  Everyone at Utah First Credit Union is amazing and genuinely cares. I'm treated as a person and not a number. They've helped me over the years with auto loans, business checking, home improvement, credit card, and debt consolidation loans. Highly recommend UFCU!!!

  We have been members for over 15 years. A couple of weeks ago I had a major issue with our account and Hailey was right there to help me. She stayed in constant communication with me and put my mind at ease. I am beyond grateful for her wonderful customer service, great personality and willingness to help.   I was looking for a loan lean loan buyout and found Utah First Credit Union had a 1.99% deal going on. Jodie (rep) who helped me was quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and got my loan done quickly. Would highly recommend. Will use them again on the future.

  We have been doing business with Wendy the branch manager at the postal branch since 2007. She is my first call when I have a financial need. On the very rare occasion I did not call Wendy I paid dearly for it. I have always felt like my best interest is first when dealing with her. I called her on the 30th for a promotional rate that expired the following day. I knew I may or may not be able to get that rate I did know that if anyone could get it done it was Wendy. She went above and beyond as usual to help me get it finished. I always appreciate the service we receive, the dedication to the members is very apparent.
