  Been coming for years wouldn't go to any other pawn shop. They are very polite, understanding, when it comes to being late on your payments. They help you so you don't loose your things in pawn. Got great deals from TV's to Jewelry , etc... so if you looking to get some extra cash take your stuff to Hy and Mike's and they'll take care of you. Thanks Guys for helping me out all these years you guys are wonderful.....

  I give them 5 stars because: Stellar and quick service Cheapest FFL transfer price that I could find in Salt Lake City An interesting and diverse inventory When I needed to borrow money in a pinch, they provided the service I needed.

  These guys always work with you and try and give you the best deal in the area. But most of all they are honest, and in my eyes that's what matters. I recently lost my wallet and I had dropped it in their parking lot. I went in there to ask them if they'd seen one and before I could even ask they were pulling it out. I had a $1500 pair of Kane Brown concert tickets in it and they were still in there. But go in there and tell them Willie Nielsen sent ya, and they will see to it that you are satisfied with your loan, sell, or buy whatever it might be

  I was not a customer here, but they took time out if their day to write me a long detailed message about how to find a stolen item (I had a drill stolen from my vehicle). It speaks volumes that they are willing to help out people like this when they are not even customers.

  Honest and easy to deal with. Found some really great hard to find items at this location 😁 makes my scavenger heart oh so happy. * Update* the owner has shown great compassion and worked honestly with my dire lack of funds . I made sure to communicate and follow through with my payments , they in return were very easy to work with. Great place for all your pawning needs!

  This pawn shop and the people inside of it are really nice, and will always give you the best services and prices for selling, pawn, or buying. Low interest rates on pawned items. They have a very responsive reply to messages sent to them from Google Maps. Customer service is simple and convenient, and they all listen to questions, concerns, and all related info about items on sale and working out the best price. There's always something there that someone is looking for

  I took in a 199.00 dollar Craftsman tool set and only got 35.00 dollars for it. I was very disappointed. Wish I had had the gas in my car to take it somewhere else. He can sell the set for 150.00 dollars. So 75.00 would have been more appropriate. 😞😒

  Hi, Thanks for the review. Unfortunately we don’t get that much out of that type of item. We normally sell them around $59 to $79. But It looks like you just got a loan on that item, so you are more than welcome to come pick it up and hopefully you can get what your asking for. You can give us a call and we can tell you when it’s due and what your pick up amount is. Glad we were able to get you some gas money.   Best pawn shop in salt lake. They have a lot merchandise and good prices. Did not feel any pressure to buy anything. I will definitely shop here in the future.

  So I went in to see if i could pawn my in home theatre, the lady there was super mean she had such an attitude with us we also wanted to pawn our Smart tv she asked us why we didnt go in earlier.... we asked her if we could, she rolled her eyes and told us to go show her the tv as she went outside she kept asking us why we didnt bring it in earlier we told her why. As soon as she was done looking at it my husband asked nicely how much would they give us and she automarically said and yelled " Nothing! , Nothing! " so we ended up taking our stuff back and she even told us to take it back that she didnt care ... idk if she was mad because we went in prob about 20 minutes before closing but she had time to look at it she didnt have to have attitude with us ..
