  I don't know what it is, maybe it's that they're newer, but every single time I go in there I get attitude from the tellers. Try to ask for a banker and they all act like expert's then when you ask for what you want to do they have no idea what you're talking about. Ask for a dedicated account, they have no idea, then say this is why I wanted to to speak with someone with experience in this. The gives me a smart allich look. Then just walk out. These people have no idea, the other branches are much better.

  I recently transferred all of my banking to MACU from another credit union and I am thrilled! The app interface is so much easier to organize and keep things separate while still super easy to access. At the PG branch, specifically, Trevor is fantastic! He got me set up with all the accounts I needed AND seriously went to bat for me getting my auto loan refinanced. Such a great experience.

  The staff was so kind. They interacted with my kids and were all friendly and smiles. The gentleman helping me helped quickly and was able to do everything I needed.

  The teller was extremely helpful and informative in explaining my account questions, we were in several times requesting assistance and help, she offered alternatives to my situation.

  Opens @ 9:00 AM but I swear the drive through is rarely open since they opened. Always have to travel to American fork branch.
