  Dave & his team are so easy to work with! What I like most is that Dave is data driven: he provides you with all pertinent information, lays out the options side-by-side, and allows you to make your own decision as to which loan makes the best sense for your financial situation & goals (not his)! It's never about his agenda. When I had questions (even dumb ones) or wanted his opinion on a matter, he would always ask me clarifying questions to help flesh out what I was trying to achieve. No condescension. No, "well if I were you" type statements. I highly, highly recommend him and know he'll do a great job for you too!

  I had a great experience with Dave Kent. He helped me quickly and efficiently refinance my home. He had my best interests at all times and ended up getting me a great interest rate (much better than his competitors). This allows me to save hundreds of dollars a month.
