  I've known Josh for a long time, and finally got the chance to have him help my family get into a new home. Josh is incredibly professional, and really enjoys what he does. He helped us find, and lock down the best rate possible. We were looking to keep our current home as a rental, and purchase a new home. The process can sometimes be a lot, but Josh handled everything perfectly. In our situation the appraiser took far too long to get back to all parties. Josh stayed on top of the situation, and made sure to keep us updated daily. I'm a stickler with the numbers and probably asked Josh the same questions ten different times, but each time he patiently answered, and sent me pdf's with all the information I asked for. Communication was key in our situation and Josh never disappointed. A lot of time he was in communication with our realtor on our behalf, and the process worked without disruption. The situation greatly benefited because of Josh's stellar communication. Overall I was incredibly satisfied and very pleased with his service. He knows his stuff, and it shows. Thanks Josh!! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

  We loved our experience with Josh! He was great and so easy to work with. We had been denied by many for a refinance and not only did Josh make it work he also had the best rates. We had certain goals we wanted to achieve when we refinanced and he made sure we hit them all right on the head! We highly recommend working with Josh!

  Josh and his team were thorough and quick with our refinance process. Even when small issues came up Josh and his team coordinated well to resolve them. Josh was knowledgeable with mortgage lending and answered many of our questions before we even got to ask them. I’m happy to know we got to work with honest people who value taking care of their clients. Josh gave us wise advice and that was in sync with our previous retired mortgage lenders opinion.
