  Today is my first day with the account opened. Called, talked to someone, they told me to come in and ask for them. Which I did, was told by someone else to have a seat and they’ll be right with me. 10-15 mins later, that person who told me to wait, has several people get helped before me. I’ll try a better location, if not I’ll close my account and try a better credit union. Not a good first impression.

  Unwilling to help us in person with our questions, told us we needed to do everything through emails and the app. Very unhelpful and poor customer service. In the 5 plus years I've banked with them it's always been a good experience until now.

  Miles, at the Gilbert Branch, was such a huge help today. He was professional and helpful in providing us with what we needed and went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He was friendly, and had a great sense of humor.   I have memberships at 6 credit unions that I have collected over time. Never has one been so great to work with as Mountain America! I got a new auto loan with Diana out of the Glendale location and signed my paperwork with Maura at the Gilbert location. Both ladies are exceptional at their perspective jobs. Friendly, helpful and extremely clear communication. The follow up was just as good. I received a phone call from the Glendale assistant manager 5 minutes after leaving the branch checking to make sure I was pleased with my experience. If you are a credit union fan or if you are tired of being treated like an account number you REALLY need to visit my new friends at Mountain America.

  I couldn't be happier with a bank than I am with Mountain America Credit Union and for many reasons! They are SUPER helpful, go out of their way to help me with anything and have been VERY responsive. I was able to refinance my auto loan with amazing rates. I can say I was one of the first of any of my friends to receive the 2020 stimulus check and they always make things easy such as not having long holds on deposits etc. Their staff has always been upbeat and positive. I can't be more thankful for their staff! Erika at the Gilbert location especially stands out with how knowledgeable and helpful she has been! It looks like a great place to work as well as bank! Thank you to Mountain America and your awesome team!

  I have always received excellent customer service from this Mountain America branch. I have been a member for many years opening my first account in Ogden, Utah. You can trust them to do a great job and they offer several services.

  I recently visited my branch needing several banking services, I was able to do all three transactions through the drive through. I was very impressed with the willingness of the Mountain American staff to accommodate my business with having to go into the branch. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.

  Extremely unhappy with there customer service. They forgot to update account several times. Forgot to give me my bank card and business card. Had to go out of my way to call and go to a different branch. Horrible ! Jake and Erica dont kmow what's going on with you people but racial profiling is not okay. Unacceptable! It takes about a million hoops and loops to get things done thru this bank. I think it's time to move people around. Peri od... I do not recommend this branch go to others. I've had an Awesome experience in other branches. On purpose ignoring my phone calls. Threaten me with closing my businesss acct. Seriously . don't be entitled because of people, you have a job.

  This place is super member friendly. The best banking experience I’ve ever had with Dylan working hard to get us approved and into an auto loan. You really get the sense that they truly are trying to help you out which is extremely rare for any financial institution.
