  We recently refinanced our home with Finance of America Mortgage. Never before have we experienced the competence and efficiency, we had with Laura Edgar. She is a super communicator. The speed and accuracy of the entire transaction was above and beyond our highest expectations. We felt completely in the loop every minute of the process, with all our questions and concerns answered, almost immediately. There were no surprises at closing, so we knew what to expect well in advance. I cannot recommend them more highly! Best experience ever!

  Dean is very knowledgeable in his area and he was patient and sincere when dealing with our loan. We are first-time home buyers and we wanted to know the whole process of getting a home loan. We asked him so many questions, and he was always there for us whenever and whatever we asked him about the process. We appreciate his service and the care. We are planning to refinance our home with him within a year. We will absolutely introduce his service to our friends and families!!!

  Laura Edgar and team are amazing! In this market you need a team that can explain to you what is going on through the whole loan process, yet be swift to get you all your documents, and close on time - they are all this. THE most important thing in this market is having a lender that is going to close on time. This is the one area that could lose you your accepted offer. Laura’s team ALWAYS closes ON TIME. You will not regret going with her team and Finance of America because they will get you into your home, and also provide care and understanding along the way. Can a “big bank” or broker get you a better rate? Maybe, but what’s the point of 1/4% if you lose out on the house? You will not regret using Laura. At least put her in your mix of pre-approvals if you’re feeling out lenders - she is 10000% worth it!

  They made the process from start to finish of my refinance so easy. The Edgar Team communication was outstanding - I always knew where things stood and what my next actions would be. The whole process was completed in just a few weeks. Highly recommended!!!!!

  Todd at Finance of America Mortgage LLC was extremely helpful with our re-finance. He initially met with us to understand our re-finance goals, and he provided details about the different options we could pursue to achieve those goals. Not only did he use the resources and means available to him and his company, but he also actively sought out our ideas and suggestions and made us feel included and a part of the process. He used our input to follow up and make several contacts and inquires, sometimes more than once with the same resource. In all, we had a highly successful outcome.   Natalie had excellent communication with all parties to the transaction every step of the way. She anticipated possible issues and made sure everything went smoothly.   I highly recommend Natalie at Finance of America. She has been in the business a long time and her experience helped us secure the best loan for us. She also knew exactly when to lock in our rate to get the lowest interest rate we could. The title company also mentioned to me that they were glad we were using Finance of America because they always get the docs to them quickly which makes for a smooth transaction.
