  Joshua was a pleasure to work with purchasing my first home! He checked in/provided updates, quickly responded to questions, and gave thorough explanations which were extremely helpful during the process. He listened to what was important to me and provided options so I could get the mortgage that best fit my situation and plans. I didn’t know what to expect buying my first home but he made the mortgage piece as easy as possible!

After talking with a few mortgage companies about refinancing my home.....Joshua made me feel at ease and took the time to explain the entire process. He even was able to get me a lower interest rate than initially quoted. I will definitely refer Joshua Young to all my friends and family!

  Josh was exceptional. I am a new home owner and had no idea what to expect. He walked me through everything in detail, made time to get on the phone with me at any time I needed, and to walk me through each of the SEVERAL line items. To add, I’m not so great with numbers, so these line by line explanations really helped calm my nerves about the largest purchase I have made so far. There was one time where things got very confusing (interest rates, monthly payments, house payment, etc.) and I became very frustrated; I almost backed of buying. Thankfully, with Josh understanding new home owners stress levels, he quickly called me and explained what documents were sent, why, and followed with more line by line explanations. I would absolutely recommend this company and specifically, working with Josh. Great experience!

  I met Josh Young while he work at Chase. I enjoyed talking to him and hearing all of the good thing his customer would say about him. Earlier this year Josh went to work for Caliber Homes and I contacted him since I wanted to buy a home. He got me pre approved, but it could be better if I took care of a few things on my end. A few months later and a lot of hard work I tried again. Josh is a very patient person, very easy to work with and talk to. When the home except my offer and the paperwork began, oh boy my stress level went through the roof. But Josh just calm my nerves told me everything would be OK and here I am now in my own home. It only took about a month and a half, but well worth it. If I ever have to do it again Josh will be the one to call. I recommend Josh Young to any person who is looking to purchase a home you want it to be an easy experience yeah may be a little stressful but he’ll be a good fit. I so much enjoy working with Josh love his attitude and his nature. Thank you Josh for everything you did you’ll always be a special person to me.

  Joshua was super responsive to our many questions and did an awesome job at explaining every step along the way. He sent helpful videos walking us through our mortgage options and helped us pick what was right for us. The only hiccup we had with him was when he went on vacation and we couldn't get ahold of him, but he did his best to stay in contact with us when he could and connect us with his assistant, which I appreciated. His team was very easy to work with and all of our documents were filed in a timely manner for smooth sailing to our new home. He sent us a very thoughtful welcome gift and was extremely supportive, professional, and helpful. We were very happy with his service and highly recommend him!

  We just refinanced our home with Joshua Young at Caliber Home Loans. We couldn't be happier with how smooth the process was, and we especially appreciated how knowledgeable and how helpful Joshua was in our lending experience. When he sent over documents to review, he would even send a short video of him explaining and pointing out key components of the document. It was extremely easy to communicate with Joshua without having to meet in person. He made sure we understood each step of the process, and thanks to his help, we were able to get a great rate on a new loan, and take cash out to landscape our dream backyard. We are so thankful for Joshua's expertise and his willingness to go above and beyond to help our deal close on time.
