  Definitely my top choice for local credit unions. The staff have always been helpful and friendly no matter the problem! Despite how busy the location gets, the wait is worth it to get a quick and easy solution to any concerns or actions on my account. I always feel comfortable at this branch.

  I never had a problem with them until today. They're perfectly fine with helping you till you have a difficult situation. But if it were them in my shoes they would want help. I had to go to another bank to get a check deposited that was in my father's name who passed away but they could have had me fill out the same papers I did at wells Fargo. Or at least have me some guidance on what I needed to do.

  I love Mountain America Credit Union, but today after waiting for an hour, I got hung up twice on the service center. Then when I got a service center rep, she could not do the transaction. I then called a a branch office and they told me they couldn’t do the transaction but would transfer me to the service center. I chose not to be transferred to the service center and wait another hour. I will have to go to a branch. This is the first time funds couldn’t be transferred for me. To say I am upset is about this.

  Very nice staff. Was in and out with hardly no wait. They had clients in the offices with their private areas and an employee assisting them. All the tellers were assisting clients, instead of standing around talking, while 1 or 2 windows are open, like most other banks I've been to. While I don't have an account here....The teller was nice enough to inform me of benefits they offer if I did decide to open an account.

  I’ve been banking with Mountain America Credit Union for a little over a year now and i’ve always had a great experience on any branch I went to but this one especially was the best for me. The staff was very friendly, helpful and fast. They all professionally well trained.

  My daughter and I were discouraged when we walked into Mountain America because of the experience we had with other banks. We were not sure if Mountain America could help my daughter with her car loan needs, but Cody came up to us and asked if we needed help. He was so helpful, answered all of our questions, and we left with the loan she needed and a smile on our faces.

  Best bank in southern Utah. I've now banked with all but 1 bank in southern Utah and Mountain America has been the best by far. They are always super helpful, their online services don't suck, they have great hours and I've never been charged a random fee (Was at least a monthly occurrence with other banks).

  This has to be the worst bank ever. The online banking is archaic. They have deleted my only auto payment 3 separate times. Then you call for help and the service people are not trained and are unhelpful. I am confused by the good reviews as the service has been consistenly bad for 2 years.

  I came in with a huge mess of a problem on my auto loan and Brenda solved it in a very timely and efficient manner. She resolved issues with payments not going through, late fees, etc. She restored my faith in Mountain America. Satisfied customer.
