  I met the most incredibly polite and friendly staff at this credit union today who literally went out of their way to invite me to become a client. Never before have I experienced that type of outreach and friendliness from any staff of any financial institution. I think I just might switch to this credit union. You ladies are amazing!

  I have had accounts at Security Service (formerly Beehive) for 20 years now. I have been very happy with the benefits of the Travel Rewards Credit Card and the rest of my accounts, but the best thing about the St George branch is Wendy. She is extremely knowledgeable about every type of account, she has long lasting relationships with credit union members, she cares about people and helps them find creative solutions to financial dilemmas. She helped my daughter get her first car recently and we couldn’t be happier. Security Service has great accounts, credit cards, and loans. They also have some amazing staff!

  I have banked with Security Service for years. They have amazing amazing team but especially Wendy! She is a veteran employee that is knowledge and kind hearted. She always has your best interest in mind and strives to do the very best she can for your needs. Fro being a teller to a experienced loan officer she can do it all. She is amazing!!

  I have banking here for 22 years and have had outstanding service and consider the staff as my friends, especially Wendy Workman. The branch is a 50 mile round trip from my home and I am able to to conduct most transactions online or verbally, a wonderful service. I would never consider banking anywhere else in southern Utah.

  I have banked with several different banks throughout the years and Security Service Federal Credit Union in St. George, Utah has been best. The individualized service that is given among all staff is very personal and professional. In addition to all the awesome staff, the rates and access to money has been very streamline and effortless. I would recommend everyone to bank with SSFCU in St. George.

  Our trailer arrived a month early and Rebecca was so quick to get our financing and our insurance taken care of. It was great to have someone we could trust to take care of everything for us. We now have all of our insurance needs taken care of in one place, and will definitely be coming back when other services are needed!

  They have the worst customer service and have absolutely no security in their banking. If you want anyone to be able to access your funding this is the bank to go to. The worst experience at a bank i’ve ever experienced.

  I've been with First Security Federal Credit Union for approx. 20 years or more. I started with the one on 5600 South and Vine Street in Salt Lake City and then the past 4 years in the St. George, Utah for 4 years. Their service is excellent!!! I wouldn't trade them for another credit union for anything! To anyone who is looking for a credit union and monitoring of your account for possible transactions I didn't make there is always a phone call. I'm grateful for the protection they render to all their customers! Thanks so much SSFCU!!! I appreciate all you do on my behalf!!!
