  Gina and the team at Motto Mortgage were extremely helpful in getting our Vero Beach home closed. The industry professionals she recommended were on time and extremely courteous. They are super friendly and very understanding. This is the seventh home we have purchased and by far the easiest.I would highly recommend using them in the future for all you your Treasure Coast real estate lending needs.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. Due to the lack of knowledge Gina the person we used at Motto almost made us lose the house!!!! 1week before closing I got a call the loan will not be approved. Not due to income or our credit since we make plenty and have a great credit score but because Gina the person we used put us in the wrong loan and we were closing on our home in just 2 days leaving us with out a mortgage or a back up plan. Thank God my realtor Laura Peterson at Remax in Sebastian knew her job and was able to save the deal. I would never recommend this mortgage person or the company who hired her. The amount of stress caused by her was unbelievable. I called her regularly to make sure we would be ready to close on time. Her response each time was “yes Mam”. Save yourself and find someone who knows their job. This person needs to go back to school. Every mortgage company I called all said the same thing, she should have known!

  I found this company extremely skilled at finding the mortgage to fit my needs. Gina was very patient with me and the skeletons that appeared in my closet and then the sellers! Unfortunately the seller didn't know until the 11th hour and I only had half my ducks in a row... Fortunately Gina has done mortgages for years and knew how to get the answers. I have a home thanks to her knowledge and the support of a great team.

  I met Gina when I purchased my first home which was a foreclosure, she was outstanding ! Most helpful and informative. Now 7 years later I went back to Gina to purchase a 2nd home and again she was outstanding! Always professional always informative very helpful. She knows her field of business and is GREAT AT IT!!
