  TD Bank offered $300 if you maintain a $20,000 in a bank account we maintain $20,000 in our account and yet to see our $300 they made every excuse in the book not to give it to us. 3456 and we have $6000 in direct deposits a month that goes into that bank. We are so unhappy with this bank they’ve nothing but lied to us since we opened up our account

  I've had my business account and my personal account with TD bank for over 4 years. Every month, I write a check from my business account to my personal account. I've been going to the branch at 13633 U.S. Highway One, Sebastian, FL 32958. Today I had to send my wife, who is also on both accounts, to make this simple transaction. She was treated with absolute contempt as the manager who came to give the override whispered to the teller, then told her that she was looking into the transaction for fraud. How can you accuse someone of fraud for depositing a check from a business account they own into a personal account they own? This is unbelievable! The entire process took over 20 minutes while my wife, who is 8 months pregnant was left to stand, wait, and be humiliated by the very unprofessional manager! I'll be closing both my accounts and find another bank that can handle such a rudimentary transaction without insulting my pregnant wife!!!
