  Went into to make payment only to stand in line for 10 minutes that wasn’t moving, I walked out. Only had one individual servicing customers. I remember when they closed the drive up windows they said we’re gonna put on more service reps to handle the difference in business practices. YEA RIGHT never happened. Monday morning we will go to our other bank to replace this loan only had it to begin with because the dealership claimed they had the best rate which I have doubt about that as well, probably had a better back end rate to dealer. In just my opinion only this is got to be the worst bank that’s in business as well as this branch. Good luck if you’re planning to start relationship with them.

  I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with all the employees at this branch of Bank of America. They immediately greet you when you walk in the door and the wait to assist you is rarely more than 2 minutes. I have been with this bank for over 30 years and God willing I will be with them for quite a few more. Thank you all for the job that you do.

  Been a BOA customer for over twenty years. Don't call this location if you need help. They don't have time to fool with you. I was requesting help with a faulty debit card and was told they had just opened up and didn't have time. Even after I'd told her I had been to the website and couldn't do it. Man I wish customer service still mattered in America.

  The worst bank of all time. Rude and unhelpful. Also they cancelled all my accounts 2 days before the hurricane and mailed me a check which i still have not received and left my business high and dry with no cash for payroll before the storm.

  Worst bank ever. What’s the point And having checks if you cannot take a check from someone in cash it out there bank because they have a limit LOL worst experience ever definitely the main reason why I do not bank with Bank of America
