  After 2 months of working with my current mortgage lender on a refinance loan with nothing but issues along the way and finally getting to the closing process only to have them tell me that the title company messed up and all 100 pages that I signed were void and I would have to re close again.. I decided to call Alex over at Motto mortgage to see what he could do to help this process go smoother... not only did Alex go above and beyond for me - he got me a lower rate than what I was going to get with the other guys and he had the process done and ready to close in less than 3 weeks!!   Alex at Motto Mortgage is absolutely amazing to work with. He helped us with a refinance that is saving Us literally thousands of dollars in interest and cut our loan term by more than half!!!! With our previous mortgage company our interest was still more than double our principle after 13 years. Now our principle is double what our interest is.   As a first time house buyer I though I had an idea of the loan I wanted to go with and the bank. But after meeting Ryan Hadnot, he show me the better oprions for our family. Not only that, being able to stop by the office when need it, instead of doing it by the phone made the process more personal. He constantly gave my hundsband updates about how the proccess was going. But what I am more thankful with Ryan Hadnot is that he was able to get this done before the holidays.
