  Jenny A. At the branch on 505 Marquette Ave branch was really awesome to work with. She really helped save me lots of time, and did a notary for me. BBVA always has great with customer service. Banked with them since they bought Compass bank. Jenny really made me feel welcome and appreciated.

  If you bank with Bbva avoid this branch at all cost! Alora the bank teller has terrible personable skills and REALLY needs some training in basic customer service! I’m really embarrassed for this location!

  I have been a customer with BBVA for 10 years; but the experience I had made me want to make a full withdrawal and wash my hands of this company. I was having a rough day and went to this BBVA to ask a few questions but the employees there were too busy gossiping and listening to music to give me their attention. I was talked down to, embarrassed, and disrespected when I went to ask a question about how $90 was now gone from my account. I will no be returning and I am considering changing my bank.

  They always remember my name and are eager to help. Their checking accounts don't have hidden fees. I would say this bank is pretty legit.

  They want to charge you $8.00 to cash a check drawn on their bank if you don’t have an account at their bank. That’s highway robbery. That should be illegal. I will never open an account there.

  Even though I have a bank account at BBVA this bank would not let me cash my check, so I had to go all the way up north to where I regularly go just to cash it. People here are unprofessional
