  Great service! Cindy helped me get the loan I needed to purchase a new home. She was always there for me day & night to answer my questions. She made sure to let me know what is going on with my loan application and never missed any deadlines. I loved working with her - so easy to talk to & just a wonderful person.   Bill was very responsive, any questions, he had answers,made whole process so very easy , less complicated, even picked up all signed paperwork from my workplace, talked to H.R.dept .got all credentials in place , very professional, wonderful to work with .Also "always" answered all phone calls, and ,questions. I can't recommend them enough.

  With interest rates crazy low, my wife and I took the opportunity to refinance our home. Korey Apple was extremely helpful in explaining the process, and presenting us with our options. Jason, the processor kept us up to date constantly, so we knew what was happening and when.   I worked with Bill Bart. Bill was the easiest I've ever dealt with for any type of loan. I never had a problem getting ahold of him and he took care of everything before I had the chance to ask him (proof of homeowners insurance, communicating with the title co with the sale of our previous house, etc) I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
