  Bob Link was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. He made it easy and painless. He also got us the best rate out of any other banking institution out there (and I did my due diligence). I would recommend him and this bank to anyone hoping to secure a home loan.

  John was incredibly passionate, knowledgeable, and professional about the work he did. As a first time home buyer I was extremely unfamiliar with the process and John put my worries at ease. He simplified everything for me and I definitely appreciated that. I will highly recommend John to family and friends.

  When our initial lender gave us their estimated closing documents we had an issue. Their cost were more than we could afford at the time. A family member recommended we call Tom. We immediately did and Tom walked us through everything. Their rate was 1/2 a percent better and the closing cost were a third of our initial lender. This allowed us to meet our timelines and eventually allowed us to be happy new home owners. We highly recommend Tom and Midwest Bank Centre.

  Alisha made me feel really comfortable working with her. It was a smooth process. She also keep me up to date on my home buying process and it was a very smooth process. When I need answers she was quick to respond and explain. She explain not just the good but the bad choices you can make alone the way. I would truly say she was on point with her numbers and still making sure you live nice. Thanks Alisha Vaugh you rock!!!!!

  Dan B. was fantastic putting together a business loan for us at an excellent rate that allowed us to pay off corporate debt earlier than with previous lenders. His customer service was excellent and went beyond our expectations several times. I think we have found our "forever bank".

  Bob Link and his crew did a fabulous job of handling the financing of our permanent loan, including assistance and advice to pay off our construction loan. They handled all calls judiciously and promptly. The personal attention that Bob gave us was really appreciated since we did not receive that kind of treatment from other institutions that were interested(?) in doing our permanent financing. The whole process was quite painless from the onset including getting all the preparatory documents in order such that underwriting and approval of our loan became a non issue. I attribute that not only to the competent people at the Midwest Bank Centre but to Bob's interest and oversight that he provided. Top notch work from all. thanks Carl Nepute

  Collette set the bar for excellent service in home loans for me. Incredibly responsive, creative to get the results I want, and everything happened very quickly. It's a pleasure to work with a professional like Collette because you can count on her to get things done per her commitment.   I thought the local loan representative did an outstanding job. However, those involved from the main office seemed to be a bit slow. Not sure of reason. Covid? Swamped with other loans? I had to contact Collette Bremer to get my portion of closing cost late on the day before I was to close. No one sent me an email or reached out to give me the final numbers to I could get my cashier check made out. I was fortunate Collette had the final number and quoted it to me over the phone. Just before she was leaving to go on vacation.
