  After getting pre-approval from another lender and getting our house under contract, we found out the original lender couldn’t make the deal work. I began asking around for someone who can “make things happen” and Garrett Knox was recommended. Within a minute of our first phone call, I knew Garrett would get our loan approved. Both Garrett and his team were great to work with and they got us a rate that’s a half percent lower than the original lender! I can’t recommend Garrett highly enough!

  Outstanding people to work with. This was the second time I have dealt with Rory Leach and his team and cannot speak highly enough about them. On my new house I was lured by a lower rate to go with an out of town lender. After a horrific experience with them that ended up falling apart and delaying my closing, I called Ryan and he came through for me once again! I was able to close with them in about 8 or 9 days. I learned my lesson and will never even think about using anyone else.

  The entire team was very responsive and helpful. I was new to the whole home buying process so anything my wife or I had questions on they were happy to explain in depth. Every time I contacted them with questions I heard back within just a few minutes. Cant imagine how much more difficult this process could've been without them.
