  First time buyers, we were introduced to Teagan through our realtor. We were expecting to buy a home more central to downtown and only be able to afford a certain amount. Our realtor and Teagan worked together to find us a USDA loan only 40 minutes outside of town, in a beautiful area, which afforded us a larger loan for even less monthly down payment. We were able to get a great loan and great service through this 2020 pandemic even though we couldn't meet in person. Teagan was quick to respond, helpful with all questions we had, was able to push for our time frame, and very friendly during the whole process. So happy with our experience, and would recommend Teagan to everyone!
