  Tanya provided my husband & I such a pleasant experience in our home buying process. We loved working with her so much that we referred both of our parents to her. Tanya and her team worked overtime to get us our loan in time for closing. Throughout the whole process, we felt that we were being taken care of. Tanya truly cared about us & our loan. Tanya was quick to respond to texts, even after working hours! We are so thankful to Tanya & her team for the experience that we received. We will be referring all of our home buying friends to her. She’s the best.

  I couldn't be happier with my first time home buying experience! And Tanya made it that much more possible. She was incredibly supportive, not only with knowledge of my home loan, but with quickness of response and very supportive throughout the closing process (even when I was stressed). She made me feel too as if I were her little sister, and I felt somewhat looked out for during the whole thing.   Highly recommend Tanya Burda! First of all she gave us valuable advice in finding the best loan for our situation. Secondly she went above and beyond to answer all of our questions during the loan process being available 24/7, even while vacationing in Mexico!! Then she helped oversee the entire process of a our loan, money transferring, and purchase all the way to completion, and helped to work out any problems along the way. The whole team she works with was also great and very helpful!
