  Land home financial is a great company but specifically working with Amy Waitman is the best experience. We were so happy with Amy after she helped with our original purchase we called her again to refinance when our remodel was finished. Amy is so easy to reach no matter the time or question and she does such a great job of making things easy to understand. We always know what to expect when we’re working with Amy you can’t be in better hands!

  We've worked with Michael Reis twice, and both times were a pleasure. He is quick to answer or follow-up on communications, and was always willing to talk us through any questions, concerns, or just curiosities we had - both about our home loan, and the home buying process. We would work with him again!

  We had a great experience working with Michael Reis at Land Home Financial Services in Spokane. This was our second time working with Mike and he has always been professional, friendly, helpful, and accessible. The home loan process can seem daunting, but Mike and everyone else we worked with at Land Home made it much easier and less stressful. Highly recommend!!

  Sadly we did not have the best experience. Amy was great at first. She was ontop of getting our loan started and was great at returning calls/emails. We were preapproved and once we went to submit an offer on a home we found out that Amy had missed key items on our paystubs that directly affected us ultimately not getting our loan and was unable to submitt offer. We are now seeking a different loan agency.

  Wow! What an amazing experience. As a first-time home owner, refinancing was scary and confusing. Mike was unbelievably caring, helpful, knowledgeable and informative through the whole process. He answered every single one of my MANY questions with such kind attentiveness, really helped me understand the whole process and put my anxieties at ease. Closing was fast and easy and he saved us a TON of money! I couldn't have asked for a more caring and competant mortgage broker.

  This is the worst financial experience I have ever been through and I am only trying to recast my loan. The people have been fine but no one can answer your questions or they just give you a can statement...it is in process...you can’t talk to a supervisor because they are busy.. they will call you back in 48 hours...didn’t happen. This has been going on for 36 days, I know they are busy but a little info would be nice. I asked if I should make this house payment and they couldn’t answer that. Fiancé local you will be much happier

  Land Home Financial and Mike Reis are very easy to deal with and are very knowledgeable. Any questions were answered directly and quickly. They we able to guide us through the loan process. Highly recommend them.

  This has become a horrible experience. I have had multiple requests to provide duplicate information, been left in the dark throughout the process and almost all requests for updates have been ignored. I have left over a dozen voice mails for my loan agent, several to the branch manager and have countless unanswered texts regarding status. I have been told my docs were sent out to the title company twice only to find out through the title company that they had not been sent out. As of today, I still have no idea what the status of my loan is and I cannot reach a soul either by email or phone.
