  I have been working with Grant over at Motto Mortgage for a few months, and it has been the most seamless experience. Everyone at Motto Mortgage is very proactive in their process, incredibly patient, and they are a team who make things happen. Additionally, they make sure that their clients are well informed/educated about each step- which is something I really appreciated. 10/10 would recommend.

  Grant was great to work with! He took care of everything quickly, communicated throughout, and responded right away to my questions. I was happy with the rate he got me for the mortgage loan and he made the whole process so easy. His personality, promptness, and patience made him a pleasure to work with.   Grant was absolutely great to work with! He was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He is attentive, patience and very knowledgeable. This was our first time buying a home and he made sure we closed on time. We couldn’t of done it without him! I highly recommend him! Grant is the one you want to work with when buying a home! He went above and beyond for us!

  Motto Mortgage truly provided top-tier service. They were extremely response and had a remarkably efficient process. After using another mortgage lender several times over the past few years, we were expecting the same mediocre and slow process that we have always had. That was not the case! From start to finish this was done extremely quickly and the communication was exquisite all along the way. They provided options, educated us on those options, and allowed us to pick the one that we felt most comfortable with. I will definitely use them again in the future.

  My mortgage broker was Grant. He was very attentive and went above and beyond for me. I know that it's his job and he is paid to get mortgages for people but my situation was overly difficult and he still got it done. There might be others in this industry that are good but none of them hold a candle to what Grant does. Highly recommended.

  I could not have had a more knowledgeable and professional mortgage broker. Napoleon Lawson was my broker. He was patient, very responsive and assisted me in every step of the way. This was my very first home purchase and working with Napoleon was a joy! He helped me to achieve my life long dream of homeownership.
