  I had a difficult situation having to sell one property to re-use my VA benefit on my new construction home on a very short time line. Brian Noe and the Team at Smart Mortgage Centers made it happen without any issues. When I was told by other lenders that it wouldn't happen they came through! I would recommend this team for any home buying situation.

  I don't usually write reviews. Brian Noe was my mortgage broker and he was fantastic. He was available to answer questions through out the entire mortgage process. He gets things done fast. Good guy to work with.

  We really had not expected our cold call to end up in a mortgage. We had some tricky hurdles to work with and thought we would just get some information to begin this long, arduous process. Brian addressed our concerns; then pulled a rabbit out of his hat! He was thorough and knowledgable. Each day Brian kept you on track and focused.   I kind of just stumbled on the smart mortgages website and put in a request to have someone contact me. I wanted to start the process of getting pre-approved for a loan but was not exactly sure where to start. As luck would have it, that was the best decision that I could have made. Brian Noe contacted me and answered all of my questions and prepared me for the steps that I needed to take. He helped me by making suggestions on how to increase my credit score to where it needed to be, which lead to me getting pre-approved. He guided me every step of the way, from the moment he responded to my information request to the closing date on my house. There were a few hurdles along the way but he and the processing team worked diligently to overcome them and made sure the closing on my house stayed on schedule. I would recommend Brian Noe to anyone who is wanting to start the home buying process. I am VERY happy with my experience with Brian Noe and the smart mortgages team and am so glad that I came across their website!

  I am a Real Estate Agent in the Plainfield area who recently had the pleasure of working with Brian Noe on a Real Estate purchase for one of my buyers. He was able to secure a loan for my buyer who was declined by several other companies! Brian was very knowledgeable and active through the entire process all the way through closing.   Being first time home-buyers, we were lost. There's so much information on the web and it can be overwhelming and often contradictory. Our landlord recommended Jamie at Smart Mortgage, saying that he's the best broker he's ever worked with and he recommends him to all family and friends. Well, knowing very little about brokers, I must say that our experience was astounding. Jamie was extremely patient, answered any and all questions, and was readily available. He not only spoke to my husband and I frequently by phone, but also reaffirmed everything he said in writing via email. He found us a terrific rate and eased our anxieties in the process. He was, by far, the best part of this entire process. Second to our awesome new home, that is! :)

  Brian Noe from smart Morgage was a great help to accomplish my refinance. I’ve owned my house since 2001 and this is the first time that it has taken me so much less time to do closing. I really recommend Brian and smart Morgage for your home needs.
