  Matthew and Rolando have done a spectacular job in helping me refinance my home. They have gone above and beyond in not only helping me get my home refinanced, but helping sort out the VA process. They take a personal interest in the well being of their clients. My husband had passed right before I refinanced and they helped expedite my spouse VA benefits not only to help with the refinance, but to help me. I would highly recommend Motto Mortgage and Matthew and Rolando to everyone!

  I just re-financed my home and got a great rate (2.25). Dealing with Motto Mortgage was a very positive experience. I first met with Mark Gray who is a very competent and professional person. You can tell right away that he is an absolute master at this. He talked me through the entire process and kept me informed continuously. Mark is available to you like you are the only thing going on in his world, he made this process SO EASY. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking to finance a home.

  I have to say that there was some hiccups along the way with my refinance of my mortgage. However, my loan officer Mark Gray was extremely attentive and responsive to my every requests for updates. Mr. Gray went above and beyond what I expected and was attentive on every update that I needed to know about. His hard work and dedication to my customer satisfaction was something that is a rare characteristic. Mark, made my experience very pleasant even with the hiccups that occurred, Mark made it worth while. This company worked extremely hard for me and ensured that I got the best interest rate that the market could provide. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Motto Mortgage and have nothing but good things to say about this company. However, I have to say that my loan officer Mark Gray is what set this company apart from others.

  Refinancing can be a lengthy process, there were some hiccups. After we ironed those out, the refinance went well and the team was very responsive, professional, and answered any and all of my answers in a timely fashion. I think there is always a bit of room for improvement, but what the team lacks in partnership support (initially), they made up for in perseverance. Thank you, Motto Mortgage

  This has been the best experience I have had with a mortgage. They were responsive, had the best rates and worked with me all the way. In fact they were a full percentage lower than the rest. I would recommend Motto as the first place to go.

  Rolando and Matt are definitely EXCEPTIONAL. They never lost faith, their little book of strategies as I called it never failed, they saw things that others did not and that speaks a lot about the excellent professionals they are, we know they were not easy days but they still helped us so much to make this possible. We will never tire of thanking them, another important piece was also Mr. CUtberto who helped us a lot throughout the process, they achieved a good rate, they worked day and night, they did not check if it was a weekday or weekend and much less if there were days sunny or inclement temperatures like what we went through.
