  I came in on a Saturday to make a significant cash withdrawal and Ms. Martinez was amazing. Friendly, informative and very helpful. Thank you dear, I Love my Wells Fargo❤️

  Today, July 10th at 12:16pm. I drove up in the parking lot to go run in and get cash. Three young ladies came out of the door. One locked the door. I asked was t they closed, one yelled out yes. I replied its not one o'clock yet. One lady said, "well were closed" Very Rude! Never patronizing that location again I had no ATM card just needed cash.

  I went to this branch today for help with a financial transaction, not realizing that an appointment was needed in order to meet with a banker in person. The staff at this location went above and beyond to squeeze me into their schedule and handled my needs in a very courteous and professional manner. I really appreciate the customer service from Alex, Fernando, and Yara with the variety of requests I had. Thank you!

  Tried to pull money from my account to put into another Wells Fargo account but was given excuses for why they couldn't do that. Been with them for 16 years and never had an issue except for now.

  I am in absolute awe about how bad this bank is ran... I went in 3 times to speak to someone about some fee's that started out of the blue on a business account I've had with them for years and requested to speak with a manager on several occasions; 3 to be exact. I paid the misc fee's and caught up my account after the first visit. Every time I came in regarding the fee's they would tell me that their manager was in a meeting or unavailable and would call me back... Never happened. Its been 6 months and I drained my accounts and switched banks... Not even sure how this is legal... Customer of 7+ years...

  There is no customer service, they are always short hand. When you go there, at least you need to wait 15-20 minutes to do a transaction. They should hire more staff. I needed only 6k in cash, they said they don’t have it 😐 What is a bank that doesn’t have 6k in cash. Definitely not recommend this branch, it’s a lot better to go to other branch.

  poor customer service and kind of attitude from someone supposed to be to helpe, manager or assistant manager, I am a Wells Fargo customer for six years and never had any issue in any other branch. I will never go back to that branch (1421 N central Expy, Plano, Tx 75025).

  Just so we are clear, I am not a fan of Wells Fargo as the higher ups apparently can’t seem to stop the incessant unethical conduct as evidenced by the over 4.7 Billion in fines levied against them for the aforementioned highly sketchy deserved reputation they currently have.... However, the employees who work daily on the trenches are not too blame as they did not oversee and allow this ongoing charge to continue. Which brings me Fernando De La Paza, the Branch manager. He has helped me on 3 separate occasions asisiting me with some fairly complex issues and everytime he as professional, friendly, focused and he empathized with what i was experiencing. Class all the way, quality individual and Wells most likely is clueless to the talent exhibited daily not only by Fernando but so many unrecognized workers never get a raise or an atta boy or any positive affirmation as they continue to struggle in the United States today. Thank you Fernando for all that you do sir. You are not unrecognized sir. I see you very clear and sharp and you are vividly bright and on point. 😉💯💪😎🙏
