  So thankful for Dustin and Motto Mortgage. Not only was he professional but he went above and beyond to communicate, with me and plan ahead for the next steps in the mortgage process. Dustin was always available via text or email even after hours to answer my questions. I have referred him my friends/ clients because I know they will be well taken care of.   Tanya, Alisa and staff are the absolute best! I hadn't purchased a home in many years and they helped me along the way to get the proper documents ready for the lender in the order they needed them.   If you ever decide to refinance your home during the start of a global pandemic/economic collapse (or anytime really), your search for a lender ends here. Tanya and Lacey helped us make informed decisions throughout the process, kept us in the loop while the market fluctuated day to day, and were always willing and able to answer our questions. Even when we had hiccups with the closing company and mobile notary at the eleventh hour, they were there to straighten it all out and help us close. 5 stars are not enough for DeFalco/Romack.

  Working with the ladies at Motto was the best experience I could have asked for a first time homebuyer. Tanya was very knowledgeable and took the time and patience to answer any and all questions that we had and endlessly ran numbers to get us the best possible rate and payment. When we are ready to refinance we are definitely going back to them and anybody that mentions they are looking to buy I will have no problem dropping their name because of the positive experience we had.   I would absolutely recommend this amazing team to everyone. As first time home buyers the process can seem a little scary and overwhelming; but the DeFalco/Romack Team made the process a walk in the park. Walking into their office we had no idea what to expect or what the process consisted of. We spoke about goals and dreams for our future home and set up a plan of attack to reach these goals. In a matter of months we found a home, completed all paperwork and documents and moved into our new home . Through out the whole process the DeFalco/Romack Team were a phone call or email away to answer any and all questions we had. We have been in our new home for 6 months now and as questions still arise or documents come in that are unclear the team is still right by our side answering all questions we have. I can’t thank them enough for helping us accomplish our dreams of owning our first home!

  All I was hoping for was a good rate and not to be too miserable during the process. What I received was quite remarkable. It was a very pleasant experience (and we're talking about mortgages here....not exactly as fun as vacation planning or something like that). Tanya was extremely professional and smart, exceptional communications (fast...love to hear the answer to my questions quickly), and she is uber with her customer service skills (felt like she really cared about the product I was receiving as well as how the process was for me). The "extras" that she sent rounded out this positive experience and I wholehearted recommend her.

  Motto Mortgage USA is a cut above the rest! They are in Snohomish and have a system so streamlined and personally adaptable to your needs that rest of the competition seems antiquated. If you are buying and need a mortgage company, stop looking, you found a company my wife and I call them family!
