  First time home buyer here, and I got a reference to come here. Best choice I made during the whole process. Was super patient with me and all of my silly questions, worked around my schedule and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. 100% would recommend and will be telling anyone I know to go through them in the future. If you don’t choose them, you’re making your home buying process harder, I guarantee it.

  Do not use this company! I am working on a sale right now (I am the seller/agent), and the buyers are financing through this company. We had to wait over 2 weeks for an appraiser to come out, then once he did the appraisal the loan officer didn’t indicate on the paperwork that it was a Rural Development loan, so he had to go BACK out. We then had to wait an ADDITIONAL 12 days to see a report, which indicated that a few simple repairs needed to be completed. We made the repairs and sent in pictures, which of course they wouldn’t accept, so they said they have to place another order for an appraiser to come BACK out, with no idea how long that could take. They also do not communicate ANYTHING with the buyer’s agent or the title company. I have worked with many many mortgage companies and have never witnessed one so unprofessional. A company that allows a sale to be delayed over 1 month because of an appraisal is not a good company. They certainly dropped the ball on this one!
