  I am very thankful for Mary Babinski and Amy Furches-Canning professional, responsive and honest assistance with the whole mortgage process from beginning to end. They made themselves available to me via any method of my choice - email, business phone, or cell phone; which I appreciated very much. Mary and Amy even stayed in touch with me over weekends and after office hours to answer my questions and facilitate the Mortgage process. I am grateful for all of Mary's and Amy's great works. I highly recommend them and am greatly satisfied with my experience with them. :)

  I found Mary due to some issues with my previous lending processor and let me tell you I am so thankful for Mary, Brittney, and Amy! Not only are they very professional and are willing to work all hours of the night and fight whoever steps in the way so you can buy the home you fell in love with but Mary also became a friend through the process. Unfortunately I had a problem with finding houses and the buyers weren’t quite ready to sell yet so it took 4 houses and 6 months for me to close!! There were many times I wanted to curl up under a rock and just give up and Mary’s encouraging words kept me strong 💪🏼 I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Even at the end someone else was trying to take our house right out from under us and Mary stood up and fought for us❣️❣️ She made them realize we are real people and a real family also ☺️ THANK YOU MARY BC OF YOU MY GRAND BABIES ARE GONNA GROW UP IN A GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD AND MY FAMILY HAS ROOM TO GROW IN THIS BIG BEAUTIFUL DREAM HOUSE.. I truly recommend Motto Mortgage Champions if your looking for the perfect Lender to help you buy your dream home!! Mary has your back 💯 every step of the way

  I found Mary due to some issues we were having with another lender. She has been a blessing to work with. She stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. FAST ... straight up.. follow-through..... These are the minimum expectations you should expect when working with someone. But she was patient with my client and keep me informed. As a real estate professional, this is extremely critical. There I no doubt that I will be referring clients to Mary and will also consider her for my services. She definitely has pride in her work and her team was also on top of everything. They moved so smoothly and fast I didn't even know we actually closed. LOL. Great job Mary. Keep up the good work.

  Motto Mortgage is the BEST! Mary and Jeff are amazing and professional. They explain the entire process from start to finish and are always available to answer all your questions. My clients always have a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend getting pre-approved with Motto or getting a second opinion. Plus, they offer great rates.

  In my opinion Did not have a good experience at all. If you dont have bad credit go to a bank. Shop around a little with the major banks. Its easier and there is no middle man to pay.
