  Mortgage rates are at historic lows right now and my wife and I decided to look into refinancing our home. We called Derek at CPF Mortgage and we're so glad we did!   We went through CPF almost 2 years ago when we bought our home and we just went through them again to refinance it. Sean and his team are amazing! They will get you the best rates and their customer service is superior with excellent communication. If you're buying a home or need to refinance one, use CPF....you won't be disappointed!   Buying a house for the first time is a great thing, but it does require a lot of efforts and time. Getting your mortgage approved is probably the hardest process you have to go through when buying a house. I was lucky to meet Tyler Cabral from CPF Mortgage, who made this whole process seem very easy. He is very knowledgeable. He was always available to answer my questions even after his working hours. I recommend CPF Mortgage for anyone looking to buy a house.

  Tyler, Carlos and Amanda were such a great team to work with. It was the most rewarding mortgage experience I have had of the half dozen or so that I have been involved in.   Sean Davitt and his Team, made my experience so easy and refreshing. I’m so sorry I didn’t known about Sean and CPF mortgage when I originally purchased my home 6 years ago! Purchasing a home or refinancing a home is very stressful but Sean made it extremely easy and smooth, so much stress was taken off my shoulders. And Sean always followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. If I ever purchase or refinance again, Sean and CPF will be my only call.

  Nicholas France has been working on my deal currently and he is excellent at communicating and making sure I feel comfortable and at ease with buying my first home.
