  Amanda was great 👍 helping me set up my auto pay from another bank for my loan, setting up my ATM card, and signing into my online banking. She was very enthusiastic, mindful, and helpful.   This is my favorite branch of my favorite bank. Amanda Meszaros makes the best difference in any visit. She is professional and personable. Remembers me, conversations we have had and always has great advice and customer service. Thank you Suncoast for having an employee like her!!!

  Over the past few weeks my daughter, husband and I have been into the Trinity branch for different reasons. Opening an account for my daughter... Then adding my husband to that account. While there these 2 times we were helped by Sandra Griffin. She was very nice, professional, and helpful. When we were done with what we went in for she told us about some current promotions on auto and credit cards. We decided to apply for both. She called us this past Monday to let us know it all went through. We went back today to finish up everything for the auto loans and credit card. And today we were helped by Kelly Sivels. She also was very professional and helpful. We got done everything we needed in a very timely manner. If you have any banking needs do not hesitate to go see these ladies at the Trinity Service Center.

  Sandy, the Branch Manager was fantastic, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She explained everything to me and my husband and walked us through the whole process and helped us with everything. Everything went well and smooth and I’m very happy to be a member with Suncoast. As a 45 year veteran in the financial industry, and a 33 year member of Credit Unions, I can recognize quickly a Pro who operates with integrity, takes responsibility, is results driven, respects her customers and has the power of persistence. Multiple times in Nov, Dec and January Sandy stepped up to the plate to find a resolution for issues that required a leader who knew how to overcome obstacles. Sandy is a master of follow up.   I wish I got the tellers name he saved me today an helped me out so much suncoast has always been the best bank thank you for being so personable an treating your customers right an actually interacting with the people, and not putting everything on the interactive teller. sometimes you need to speak to someone in person. Great bank.

  Sandra Griffin, service center manager, assisted me in setting up several accounts. Having dealt with one of the larger banks in the area for 34 years, it was such a pleasure to be treated respectfully and have no sales push. Thank you Sandra.

  Amanda explained everything thoroughly. Made this stressful moment in life a little bit easier to deal with Fraud is a horrible thing, I feel more confident in banking as a member as Amanda explained all the security features being a member have .   Very helpful bankers. We stumbled into this place as it was just being opened for the first time and it is impressive. The ATM has a teller you can use for face-to-(screen?)face transactions up till 8pm. They also have an electric vehicle charging station available out front in the parking lot. How cool is that?
