  Met with consultant 6 weeks ago at proposed building site with a plan to email me the proposal for review and discussion in "a couple weeks". Received neither an email nor a phone call (he had both) 6 weeks later. Moving on...

  Attempted to contact company and did not get any return calls or e-mails. I met a rep at the Rapid City home show and e-mailed him the day after the home show. This was several weeks ago, and I have not received a reply. With low reviews from the past and my own experiences, I give them a 1/5 for poor customer service and follow through.

  Very poor customer service. Never called after we stopped at office for information, and never returned our calls. They lost our business, we found another company to build our 160 x 160 metal building.

  Poor customer service. Never return calls. I called them many times, left messages every day. Never call back. They lost my trust, they lost my business. They lost the opportunity to make big money.

  Contacted this Company twice to get a Prize on a Garage. Was told Salesman would call back, to get some more Information & price. Nobody ever called back. Will not contact them again for any reason!

  Spent close to a million dollars on buildings. Had to hire second company to come in and fix their work, after many attempts and much effort on my part to resolve issues. Goes with out saying next time my business goes elsewhere

  Good location off the freeway, unfortunately they couldn't get a sheet metal measure thing we needed. Good staff though

  Building turned out great , little more expensive than first thought but that's the way with all building projects I assume
