  I am new to this purchasing a house thing, I had gotten set up with Mark Abrams and he walked me through every step of the way and gave me all the information and steps on exactly what to do. I didn't think purchasing a house could be this easy. Mark went above and beyond to help me get the best rates, and gave me phenomenal service. He even informed me each and Everytime there was something to do to keep moving forward on a house and made this whole process much easier then I ever thought I would definitely go with Mark, or anyone at affiliated mortgage in the future and thank you Mark for all you did for me!

  These guys are GREAT! Troy and Sarah took such good care of us. Fast, efficient, and friendly. This was our very first home and they put all our worries at ease. I'm sure I was an annoying pain by calling them constantly but they were very kind. Troy said "All you need to do is relax."...so I did (kind of). We 100% recommend this lending group! Thank you, Affiliated, for making our first home a breeze!

  Mark went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with my mortgage application. The best part was we were able to complete almost the whole transaction via phone and e-mail which was a huge plus for me as I was almost 4 hrs away from the house I purchased. Recommend 100% to anyone looking to purchase a house!!
