  We just recently refinanced with Mike Russo at Mortgage Right and it couldn't have been easier. Mike and his team made sure the process was clear, painless and quick. Mike was also very patient and did a great job answering my numerous questions. I am a veteran and they definitely knew their stuff when it came to VA loans. I would definitely recommend Mortgage Right, and specifically Mike Russo, to anyone in the market for a mortgage.

  After what I'd call was a shaky start to the process, i.e. no one replied to my online VIRRRL inquiry, I decided to follow up my initial online inquiry with a phone call a week or so later. I just wanted to confirm whether or not my online inquiry was received and to learn where it might be in their review process. I'm so glad that I did. Since making that call, Joe Bowling, who's a member of the Mike Russo Team, has been very responsive and helpful to both me and my wife and he very adeptly helped us navigate the refi process. Although this wasn't our first mortgage refi experience, I'd have to say our experience with MortgageRight all in all was very good. Given the current economic downturn and business slowdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we were advised, understandably so, that we might encounter a few delays going through the process. So it was comforting to receive regular updates from Joe informing us on our refi's status and what the expected close date was if it changed. Although we closed later than what we had hoped to, Mortgage Right was still able to help us close on the loan only 30-days past the originally planned close date. Thank you Joe and Mike for the fair and professional service you provided us. I have no reservations making a referral to anyone, especially veterans, who are in need of a mortgage refinance loan. In fact I've already shared Joe's contact with one of my close friends who'd also ike to take advantage of these record low interest rates and refi two homes that he owns.   Charley was fantastic throughout this process. We were in an ARM and our rate when we first talked about 2.75% which was the fixed rate we were targeting. Because of recent VA rules changes we didn't qualify initially so we agreed to wait about five months until we did. Charley made sure to reach out at the right time to make sure we got the refi done and avoid a reset to what would have been a higher rate. He handled the process well even making sure the fee pricing was reasonable with the local title company I preferred to use. This was my third refi and I highly recommend the MortgageRight team. They did a great job with us!

  I recently purchased a home with the help of MortgageRight and the Moreira Team of TJC Mortgage. Together they made the process extremely easy and painless. There was always someone available to take my calls and answer my questions. This is now my third time working with Al Moreira and his team and I did not have one issue while buying my home, everyone was excellent! If you are in the market, there is no where else you need to go.

  I worked with Harry Brannen and his team. They were able to get me refinanced at a great rate, were very prompt with communication and getting all the paperwork processed, and all of the closing costs were reasonable. I’ve already recommended them to another friend looking to do a VA refinance.

  We had been watching the VA rates for quite a while and our current lender couldn't even give us a rate quote without starting a loan process.   This was a mostly pain/hassle free experience I ever had obtaining a mortgage. They were experienced, courteous, and professional throughout the whole process. A majority of the process was all done online. It was so simple and expeditious. I would recommend MortgageRight to anyone looking to finance/refinance their home! Kudos to MortgageRight!
