  Could not have had a better experience! My husband and I primarily dealt with Eric Garcia and Jennifer Jackson but literally every single person we interacted with via phone and email was professional and courteous. This was our first home purchase so naturally we had thousands of questions, the way things were explained and broken down for us was very impressive. We had spoken with other lenders prior to choosing Silverton but the primary reason we went with them was due to Eric and his ability to make us feel like this entire transaction was like a coffee date with an old friend - I am so appreciative and thankful for the way things went through.
