  This is my 2nd interaction with Alcova. The process BOTH times were very seamless and efficient. When my Big Mortgage Lender had postponed their ReFi programs in the time of the Pandemic, I reached out to Alcova Loan Office Vernon (whom I worked with on my 1st purchase in GA) and he provided me with the options and services I was requesting. Less than 1 month, I was able to do a cash-out ReFi and start the projects needed on my home!
