  Working with Jeff was a smooth process. He presented me with different loans options and advise me on which will be a best fit for me. Interest rate I got with Apex Home loans was the lowest compared to the other mortgage and financial institutions I shop around for. I even got my closing date extended at no cost to sort out a different with the seller. I will strongly recommend including Apex loan on your list when shopping around for mortgage.

  Jeff, Nicolette, and Eric were amazing throughout my entire application process. Jeff is the perfect out-of-the-box thinkers for this out-of-the-box process. I came to them in a semi-complicated scenario and they made a way and still had other ideas readily available if this route did not work. Communication is key for me and whether it was from Jeff, Nicolette, Eric or the auto generated update emails, I felt very aware of the process until completion. With this hectic market, Nicolette answered all my calls & questions (no matter how many times I asked) and Eric was extremely thorough and kept the me in mind to minimize the amount of work I was doing to get the required documentation fulfilled. very thankful I chose Apex. They even sent my infant daughter a nice gift and I felt like she was included. you will not regret choosing them either.

  APEX was the best choice in our home buying experience, we never would have never been able to get our home without them, so I consider them even more important than finding the house! The Bill Mervin team was phenomenal. Our realtor worked seamlessly with Mike Ehly throughout our preapproval and approval process. Angelo Louridas gave us such valuable recommendations for making smart financial decisions and was very responsive to getting back to us right away. I actually understand what was happening with this process this time, this is our second home purchase, and I feel confident that we made the best choices in buying, financing, and insurance. Our closing was effortless because they had everything in order for our loan. It's all thanks to APEX. I never write reviews, but they deserve it! Just use APEX, you will be happy you did.

  I would recommend Apex Home Loans to anyone looking to get a mortgage. Tyler Kight and Danielle Pollard were super helpful and responsive. They made the process less stressful by answering all my questions and staying on top of everything we needed.

  Glad I found this team of unicorns. Never will I ever need to find another lender again. Truly passionate about what they do, Tyler and team made it a point to clearly lay out my options, with their own person touches throughout the process. I entered this process thinking I’d go with whoever gave me the lowest rate and man was I wrong thinking that’s all a lender was! I was truly blown away by the white glove service I received. You’re doing yourself a true disservice by not having a conversation, at a minimum, with Ty “The Mortgage Guy”.
