  Very honest and transparent upfront with all the fees and rates. Jenny has shopped the best rate for me. With efficient communication and prompt response, she has helped us successfully close our home two weeks earlier than proposed closing date.   I had Cynthia roden for my loan officer she has no clue what's going on wasted 30 days of my life told me i had to do something and that it would take 30 days when the 30 days was up and what she asked was taken care of she told me i didn't have to do it and had no idea about the property i was buying when i and my realtor personally spoke with her she withdrawal from my loan 6 days before i was closing on my home after me and the other 2 parties buying my home and the home i was purchasing she screwed 3 buyers over because she couldnt fix the problem i am no longer able to get a loan from this because it put a really hard inquiry on my credit she left me and my children and family out on the street do not have this place do anything for you and they didn't even care about what she did
