  Everyone we worked with was extremely polite and explained every step thoroughly. My wife and myself felt positive through the whole process, and any questions we had were answered quickly. We couldn't be more pleased with the work David and his team did! I know I'm leaving some individuals out by doing this, but Jordan was incredible to work with. I really enjoyed the ease of working with David and Jordan.

  I was referred by a friend for David. I’m a first time home buyer and I applied for the VA loan. David was extremely accurate in the estimates. Everything was 5% less of the estimates, so you won’t have to worry about being overcharged. This is nothing new, but as long as you have the savings you need, then you will have a smooth closing. David’s team provided weekly updates on Tuesdays and had good reminders if you are a new home buyer.
