  The Ben Chenault Team at Mortgage Banc is the absolute best. They have helped us buy our first home, and our second house here recently. They are the most helpful and make the process so much easier and less stressful. They are also the sweetest and most thoughtful - we still get little gifts from them and they helped us buy our house 5 months ago. 10/10 recommend them to everyone! They definitely show that they appreciate their clients!

  Ben Chenault and Courtney Harvey and a host of others that make up Mr. Chennault’s team are simply the best mortgage lender/provider I have ever had the privilege of working with in over 42 years. Frankly stated: I was most impressed from the very beginning on how these fine people handled my application and guided me through all of its (to me) convoluted parts and processes. I was totally comfortable under their tutelage at all times. On top of it all, my wife and I changed our mind on the house we were purchasing, and the Ben Chenault Team handled it perfectly -- did not miss a beat and we closed on time. Well done!!

  Ben Chenault and his team do a very professional job with providing clients with all sorts of valuable information regarding their mortgage. From the homes value, the balance owed, and how much equity is in the home. Also provided are current interest rates if you decide to refinance or even use your equity towards down payment on another home and how much home you could buy for the same mortgage payment you currently have. Lots of useful information from Ben and his team. Keep up the good work. JD

  We used Ben Chenault and the team at Mortgage Banc to purchase our first home and it was a great process. When purchasing our second home we used another mortgage lender at the recommendation of our realtor. However after just purchasing our third home, there was no question we were going to use Mortgage Banc again. They always make things seamless and easy and have plenty of staff to ensure that our loan was ready well within time for our closing date. Thanks for all of the great help and service!
