  I can't say enough good things about Mortgage Unity. They helped me refinance my father's home and their network really assisted us through some tricky estate matters. When you work with Mortgage Unity you get their mortgage expertise but the referral network they have of other service providers was extremely helpful under our circumstances. Highly recommend.

  Just a quick note of support for Mortgage Unity and Michael Flanagan. My financial advisor suggested I get a mortgage as part of my strategy. As a self-employed person I knew if wouldn’t be easy, and started the process with a traditional bank. After a month or so of repeated requests for more documentation, I through my hands up in the air and decided to pass on a mortgage…it was just too hard. My colleague recommended I talk to Mike Flanagan. WOW…what a difference. Using the same documents I got closed in about a month, without repeated requests for more data. Mike made the process easy, and I am delighted with his company’s service.

  I did a loan with the owner at his previous company and when it came time to sell and buy a new home Mike was the perfect fit for what we needed.   Mortgage Unity was able to get rid of my PMI AND get a lower rate which significantly reduced my mortgage payment. Michael T Flanagan took the time to go through all of the different options with me from 20 to 30 year mortgages and explained the advantages and costs of each. My only regret is not going to Mortgage Unity sooner.
