  I have an account with St. Mary’s for almost 2 decades now so obviously, when my son became a teen I chose St. Mary’s to open his first bank account. My other bank is Hanscom FCU but I liked St. Mary’s so I took my son to open his account there. Worse mistake I ever made. The new branch location on Bolton St. Marlborough had the worse customer service ever. The lady was like a robot and even with my account information, she managed to make a huge mistake on my son’s home address. We open the account in March and it’s now May and I got a phone call from St. Corporation saying my son’s card had returned so when they confirmed me the address, it was completely wrong. Seriously, I felt like the lady who opened the account was bothered. It’s was like she was doing us a huge favor when it’s her who needs us. I could have taken my son to open his account at any bank as I did after this experience since we still haven’t received his ATM card from St. Mary’s yet. I don’t understand why this lady was so rude and I hope she doesn’t treat anyone the way she treated us. St. Mary’s will definitely lose customers if she stays there. I know for a fact that I will never return to Bolton St. Branch for sure. I wish I remembered her name. I almost want to go there just to catch her name.

  “Jay” was great. Professional, courteous and friendly. He handled my request promptly, and was another example of the customer service my family has been enjoying for years.

  I called in because I misplaced an info packet they provided via mail and when I called I spoke with Shana. She was helpful with my situation and provided extensive info about the process, registering, and ways of making payments/little life hacks that are relevant. She went above and beyond my expectations. As corny and cliche as it is, she literally put a smile on my face. Props Shana!

  I like St. Mary’s Credit Union. I’ve had a mortgage, checking and savings for my small business, personal checking and savings accounts and I even co-signed for a car loan for my daughter. The interest rates can’t be beat Customer service is polite, knowledgeable, responsive, and cheerful. What’s not to like? I had business with them today and was help with resetting my online banking password by both Amber and Anna. I jokingly told them that “I was not used to being treated like this” (because they were uncommonly effective and embodied all that I have come to expect from “Our Lady of the Passbook”)

  Customer for 30 years. Very satisfied with service & positive attitude of personnel. However, bank recently changed format for online banking from vertical layout to horizontal layout. This is tedious for cellphone users because phone has to be turned sideways & it becomes more difficult to hold. Not liking it at all!

  TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: My late husband and I appreciate St. Mary's Credit Union tremendously. Amber, Brandon, Jay, Sheena, and Gisel, Julie, I say all who work at the Customer Solution Center have been very helpful. They have been courteous, professional, and willing to help all that they can. I feel very comfortable talking with them especially since I am not a person who knows much about business. They are respectful and I think all of them should get raises, if I could, I would give them raises. Thank you for this opportunity to express my appreciation for St. Mary's Credit Union, and always being there for mine and my late husband's needs!   I was locked out of my online account and called customer service. My call was answered right away by Ana. She was very helpful and after answering a few questions she was able to get me back up and running. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. Thank you Ana for such a great customer experience!

  This message is to say thank you for the exemplary phone service I received earlier today. The Member Solutions Advisor, Ana, assisted me in making an extra online payment for my car loan. She took the time to guide me through the process. Not only was she patient but she assisted me step by step as I needed to go back and forth looking for my banking information. It is wonderful to know that there are still people willing to take the time to assist others. For over 40 years I have remained at the same bank, however, after the interaction with SMCU today I am considering leaving my hometown bank and moving my accounts to SMCU.   The call center has always been a pleasant experience. There professional and courteous. As well as patient. I've been a member for many years and reps like Amber and Giselle and the rest are lights out. Keep up the outstanding customer service.
