  Huge thank you to Brooke Muendlein at Morgaage Solutions! They are very fast with estimating approvals and with how the housing market is today I couldn’t of asked for a better lender to go through! They are determined to get you the house you want just as much as you are! They also set up closing early so you shouldn’t have to worry about extending your closing date. If it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have the house I’m moving into now!

  We were mislead by Mortgage Solutions on helping us get a mortgage. We had some credit issues. We were told they would help us get that resolved and did everything we were told to do. Mortgage Solutions did not do what they stated they would do on their end. We wasted 4 months and are back to square one. Very frustrated and received absolutely no apology or anything. After 4 months of saying they could help us...the president of the company dropped us like a "hot potato".

  Had a fantastic experience working with Paul LaVigne. Rate and fees were substantially lower than the bank's. Super responsive and relatively low effort on my part for a 30 yr jumbo loan. Recommend highly and would work with them again in the future!
