  We'd love to give Jean Field (the owner) 6+ starts if there is such ranking. Our ITIN application for our nephew was rejected by IRS and I gave a call to Jean asking for help. She kindly evaluated all the documents and called IRS office for us. She patiently explained what happened and pointed out what steps we can take to get the issue solved. And she didn't charge us for a fee. She is so kind to us and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended.

  I’ve been going to this particular liberty tax for over 5 years now and I love their customer service and excellent care for my tax information. They’ll dig in deep to find whatever they can to make sure you get a great tax return and Missouri tax return. I love the people there and their very convenient. Only thing I don’t like is the parking space I think that should be expanded.

  Jean did a fantastic job for me. She's extremely knowledgeable, efficient and expert in finding every possible deduction for a client. She made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my return, and finished in a very quick time frame. I will go back next year and I strongly recommend her service!

  I'm a student and I tried to get my taxes done with TurboTax this season. I went to Liberty just for a double check, and they nearly doubled my refund!!! I can't even express how happy I am. The office is really clean and the staff was very professional. It was my first time filing taxes and I felt very comfortable here. I'm definitely going back next year!

  I really enjoy the knowledgeable, expedient service that this particular branch of Liberty Tax provides. This is my second year doing my taxes with Liberty Tax in Rock Hill. My tax situation this past year was a little more complicated than last year's but the staff at Liberty Tax Rock Hill were more than happy to smooth everything over, pointing out wonderful insights towards my return. Visiting this location will be a wonderful benefit, and definitely a load off your chest in regards (at least to me) to one of the more stressful times of the year. Thanks again, Liberty Tax!
