  This is my second time working with Mike Biales, and if there's ever a third time, it will be with him, too. Amazing. Mike's communication is stellar. Any question I had, whether it was on the phone talking with him, in person, or via text, he either answered it, or he had to do some research and he got back to me promptly. He was never pushy, and he was/is always knowledgeable. All of his staff have the same patient, efficient quality as he does. It was an easy experience working with him on my initial mortgage, and then an easy experience with him on my refinance.
